What the numbers mean
Storage
Free includes 500 MB. Individual includes 5 GB. Team pools 7.5 GB per seat across the whole team, so a 3-seat team shares 22.5 GB.
Seats and collaborators
Free and Individual are single-seat plans. Free includes 1 workspace collaborator, Individual up to 2 per workspace. Team is sold from 3 seats with unlimited workspace collaborators, and you assign or revoke seats yourself.
Version history
Every plan keeps your current family version. Full version history with rollback to an earlier file is included from the Individual plan.
